i think felting hair is one of my favorite parts of making the little felt dolls

and it's also easily the most painful

is it because of how many spikey haired characters i love to make dolls out of? possibly. or the fact that i love to make little bangs and don't use the finger protection, like thankfully have never gotten blood on a project but should def be careful of that in the future huhu.

i do wanna consider sewing the clothes instead of felting them on because the day i learn how to make my own little dress up dolls is the day that i become a god, yes

Oh, I haven’t actually tried to make a human-ish figure with felt yet, but it does seem like making little hair details and sewing little outfits for them would be a lot of fun!

YEAH it's really fun;;; and honestly a pretty neat experimentation with various materials and seeing which ones you take more to depending on their medium (plus the opportunity to become an endless fashion stylist god for your dolls)
