it's amazing that it's almost february... the past month's been pretty eventful though because in short:

quit my job (i've debated making a post on it because it... was just interesting what happened but in short, very much not the right workplace if u have autism le sigh)
saw metropolis in theaters with a live ensemble which was really fun! really enjoyed talking to the guy who arranged the score and it was cool hearing why he made the arrangement choices that he did and knowing that any "profit" he makes from the screenings he donates to charity, in part because metropolis is still not in the public domain in europe until 2040s which is... incredible
have also seen lots of other v neat movies! memoir of a snail being my favorite one so far i believe, though nosferatu is close based on its ambiance and william dafoe, because he is just such a beautiful man
worked on personal website! i think i am liking it more now, though ofc one day i wanna put on all the bells and whistles to make it extremely sexy and cool
acting classes have started! they've been going pretty good i think? but definitely a work in progress
and school's started back up! gonna do my best to take the challenges head on

i'm also trying to do a new years bingo that my friend recommended to me, since it seems like a really neat idea of being able to look back on the year and acknowledge any and all accomplishments (esp given the news god it makes me so ughghg shdkjgn but! trying to focus on the things that i can control and help out on, yes :v)
