it's easier to distribute seasonings, oil, etc evenly if you put the veggies in a bag or a bowl and mix it up like that omg.... i didn't even think to do that but yeah that'll make it a whole lot easier than just kinda shoving everything around and hoping for the best, and ooo i'll def keep the spacing in mind! i know i was wondering how the differences in the vegetable textures would affect how thoroughly they were cooked, but i'll def try this next time ^^!
also, it seems unpleasant to eat a whole garlic clove YEAH I THOUGHT THE SAME but... the recipe just went "throw her in like so" unless the author was under the assumption that someone would have more common sense... cause yeah it was... not the most pleasing texture to chew huhu
looking up a garlic mincer and omg?? this looks so advanced.... i will most certainly look this one up because it looks like it could be a life saver... even that tube looks really cool... it's always fascinating seeing what tools are available to make cooking easier
and yes! i figure that by starting smaller it'll help me get more practice and confidence towards making more complex dishes + they can be altered in lots of diff ways. thank u again for the tips ^^!
oho i see!
