That looks like a nice veggie medley, and it's cubed really well, also! A couple of little tips:
it's easier to distribute seasonings, oil, etc evenly if you put the veggies in a bag or a bowl and mix it up like that, rather than just sprinkling it on top. it's also better to space everything out a bit more, even if you end up having to use two pans, so the hot air can cook it on all sides and get crispy.
also, it seems unpleasant to eat a whole garlic clove, skin and all... there are some little gadgets that really do make it easier to peel garlic, like this sort of thing, if you were interested in that. I also have a garlic mincer, which is a lot easier than chopping!
It's fun to experiment with these sorts of basic meals and you definitely get better / more efficient at preparing everything as time goes on, as well as figuring out what you like and what you don't. Good luck and happy cooking! ^^
